Lattice City Justice Cordoba
Lattice City of Justice, Córdoba. Riventi has participated in the City of Justice in Córdoba with the development of its own system for the golden lattice.
The traditional courtyards of the city are reinterpreted as voids cut out of the compact volume of the building. These courtyards have been covered by a golden metal lattice which contrasts with the exterior façade, made of white GRC panels, reflecting flashes of light and protecting the inner skin. Therefore, the lattice developed by Riventi for the City of Justice is the piece that characterises the façade of the building's courtyards.
The facade lattice module, with overall dimensions of 1,135 x 4,000mm, has been made using anodized aluminum profiles that They prevent the building from being overloadedThe module is fully finished in the factory, where it is palletized for subsequent shipping and installation on site. Its assembly system has allowed the manufacture and installation of 10,000m2 in record time.
The vertical uprights and horizontal crossbars are made of profiles of extruded aluminum with external dimensions of 60x10mm, separated by 96mm between axes, and 15x15mm respectively. Both profiles have a sharp edge finish and are mounted flush on their front and rear faces, assembled with a self-threading screw for concealed fixing. Each module is made up of 13 vertical uprights and their corresponding horizontal ones. The surface treatment of the lattice is gold anodized with a layer thickness greater than 15 microns.
The modules are fixed at the top to the hanging supports, also made of aluminium. ensure vertical alignment and at the same time allow the free expansion of the system, each upright has an internal aluminium wick that makes the upper one enter the lower one, so that each of the modules is guided by its lower module. All the connecting screws are metric in stainless steel finish.
