Below are the rules for the Riventi Stand Competition at Veteco 2016
On the occasion of this year's VETECO Fair, Riventi wants to create a stand that reflects our work philosophy, quality and innovation at the service of an architecture in continuous development. This competition is therefore being held, seeking to extract the maximum potential from our systems with a novel, surprising proposal with maximum functionality.
The design is expected to provide a global view of the company's history, its ability to adapt to new solutions, and to also take into account its corporate image with the use of its logo.
LOCATION
The stand is located inside pavilion 8 of the IFEMA fair in Madrid, (Annex 1) the area it will occupy is 125 m2 (12.5 m x 10 m). In the immediate area of the stand there is a cafeteria that has access to the intermediate patio located between the two main pavilions, 8 and 10. The space of the stand is an island that is therefore characterized by its location in front of this cafeteria, which provides it with a large observation area on one of its fronts.
FUNCTIONAL SPACES
The functional spaces to take into account within the stand are:
- Reception and information gathering space.
- Meeting spaces for customer service with different character: public and private.
- Capacity for storage of information material and computer equipment.
CHARACTERISTICS:
For the configuration of the stand, Riventi systems will be taken into account, however total freedom is offered to develop proposals for curtain wall that integrate innovative solutions. In addition, on this occasion we want to present a New large-sized sliding carpentry product with minimal profiles. (Maximum height 2.6m) All information about these systems is available on the company website www.riventi.net
The space must take into account its corporate and exhibition character. All proposals that provide new ways of interacting with the visitor through elements that integrate innovative features will be valued.
The company's image must be present in the stand design so that visitors associate the name with the brand. In addition, some element will also be integrated to serve as support for the logos of the entities collaborating in the contest, as well as the winners of this contest.
SPECIFIC ASSEMBLY RULES
The maximum authorized height of the stands, in their perimeter line, is 4 meters. A specific element may be raised on the perimeter up to a maximum height of 6 meters, except in the medians with the neighboring stands. In no case may the height of 6 meters be exceeded, neither by construction elements nor by decoration. Blind perimeter enclosures to aisles may not exceed 80% of each facade or aisle. To make longer enclosures, these must be set back a minimum of 3 meters towards the interior.
Signs, flags and spotlights may not project more than 50 cm from the allocated space, and from a minimum height of 2.5 metres, nor exceed the maximum height of 4 metres in the perimeter. The spotlights must be directed towards the interior of the stand.
If you wish to obtain more information about the specific regulations, you can consult the “IFEMA General Participation Rules”, especially Article 25.- Free design stands
