Merry Christmas and Happy 2025
In 2025 we will be celebrating our 25th anniversary and we want to celebrate with all of you that we continue to grow together.
To start this year 2025 well we have a renewed web with all the necessary information for your projects. Where we would like to highlight the new additions within our systems; an exclusive section to describe the possibilities in sun protection and the launch of our new modular system industrialized facade.
In addition, we have recently published a updating our catalogue with the most recent projects. It is available in online and paper versions. Anyone who would like a copy can request it by emailing us at riventi@riventi.net
As every year at this time we like to thank all those who have placed their trust in us. This year we have continued working to give our best in different projects of which we are very proud:
Works inaugurated
Two large-scale and technically complex works have been inaugurated during 2024. These are the headquarters of FAES PHARMA in Derio and the Cummins Gigafactory in Guadalajara.
Completed works
Among the completed works, it is worth highlighting the last phase of Towers of Castile a residential complex promoted by CaixaBank in Burgos, which has reached its final phase.
Works in progress
In addition, we are executing various projects that will be completed in 2025, such as:
- Remodeling of the Ministry Building on Vargas Street (Santander)
Awards and recognitions.
During this 2024 we are very proud to point out that we have been awarded the prize FAE INNOVATION in the small business category by the System developed in the ENSNARE European Project, which will come to an end in July 2025 with the installation and commissioning of the last of the pilot buildings.
This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No 958445.
It should also be noted that award given to the project of Karmen Kitchen & Bar in the XIII Castile and Leon Architecture Awards, organized by COACYLE and the Official College of Architects of León, in the category of interior spaces. The jury highlighted the "excellent and complex design and execution of the exterior carpentry that defines the façade, and the simplicity of the result of a very elaborate architecture"
