Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2026
As we do every year, we like to wish you happy holidays by taking stock of completed projects and technical advances achieved:
This year at Rebuild we are presenting our new industrialized modular facade system Modux Pro. It was very well received at the trade fair, and we are already working on developing future integrations for various projects. Currently, the Sierra Nevada High-Performance Center project is being finalized; this is the first project completed with the new system in a highly demanding technical environment.
In addition, we published a updating our catalogue with the most recent projects. It is available in online and paper versions. Anyone who would like a copy can request it by emailing us at riventi@riventi.net

Completed works
The works completed during 2025 were:
- Remodeling of the Ministry Building on Vargas Street (Santander)
During 2025 we have completed the ENSNARE European Project with a new recognition of the work carried out in recent years by the entire Consortium. A3E, the Association of Energy Efficiency Companies, presented its awards on October 30th. Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Awards. The award in the Innovative Projects category was given to ENSNARE, a company specializing in multifunctional modular facades and digital tools for building renovation. The award was accepted by TECNALIA Research & Innovation, coordinators and leaders of the consortium, and represents recognition of the collaborative work of all the entities that are part of the project, especially the Spanish companies with whom we have worked on this challenge ENAR Architectural Envelopes and Onyx Solar EnergyAll the information is in the following video
This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No 958445.
Works in progress
In addition, we are executing several projects that will be built or completed by 2026, such as:
- Remodeling of the Façade for the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the UNED
- Facade for the Alto Deba Hospital in Mondragón
- Burgos West Civic Center.
And finally, we're delighted to announce that we're currently immersed in one of those projects that challenges us, motivates us, and helps us grow as a company. We're eager to show you the mock-up soon.
